You are going to race a century; you expect it will take you 4 hours. The weather is moderately warm. 7. You are a racer. You are racing a 30 minute criterium (generally an intense race on a less than 1-mile circuit course with corners). The weather is warm. Your start time is 7:00 AM. 8. You are a racer. You are racing a 30 minute criterium (generally an intense race on a less than 1-mile circuit course with corners). The weather is warm. Your start time is 10:00 AM. 9. You are a racer.
