Pushing
Riders (Introduction)
Just
finished a century. Boy, are my arms tired.
Physically
pushing riders is a very useful skill for coaches and mentors to learn and
use. Many beginning riders can hold their own quite well on the flats but have
difficulty on the hills. With a little push from you on the hills they may be
able to finish a century or finish a century more comfortably. |
